First week of school

So we have finally settled in to our new place in Idaho Falls. It took us awhile, but it now feels like home. Trevor and I are are getting used to our new ward. The ward members are so friendly and welcoming. I just love the women in the ward!

I started the nursing program at ISU this week, and I must say I'm a bit overwhelmed. Everyone is making me so nervous. In the program if you get below a 75% in any class you can't progress to the next semester. Even though I have NEVER gotten a C before I am still worried about what if I do. Everyone has me so worried and nervous. I'm sure I'll do great. So good luck to me for the next 2 1/2 years. Don't try to contact me because I'll be studying (haha who am I kidding).

In the meantime, Trevor is just working his booty off for the family. I am so thankful for him, and how hard he works to bring home the bacon. He is off track this semester, so he'll be trying to get full time hours. I don't know when we will ever see each other, but I guess that's why we have date night.

In the past 6 months...

The past 6 months have been ridiculously crazy. There has been some BIG things that have happened.
1. I graduated from BYU-Idaho, and received my Baccalaureate Degree in Exercise Physiology.

2. Trevor and I both had surgery. I had my rotator cuff repaired on my left shoulder, and Trevor had his gall bladder removed.
3. I was accepted into the ISU School of Nursing. I will be starting in January. Woot Woot!
Lastly... #4.
Trevor and I will be moving to Idaho Falls at the end of December. This is the saddest thing because we are moving away from such wonderful friends and an amazing ward. I know Idaho Falls is only a half hour away, and people always go there to go shopping but we won't be doors away from all our friends.

Trevor and I just started getting into tennis. I had never played before, but a week ago our friends invited us to go play. Now we have our own tennis rackets, and we played Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I'm sad it's getting too cold to play. Trevor's parents came up this weekend because it was ISU's last home game. We went down to Pocatello on Thursday to watch the game, and hang out with his parents. We also went down on Friday, and spent the whole day with his parents and Chelsea. It was really nice to see Trevor's parents. We are so grateful, and lucky to have such wonderful parents.

Oh yeah. This week we also got gym memberships at World's Gym. Trevor is super excited, and has gone pretty much everyday. Me on the other hand, I need some more motivation. I tend to be more busier with school than Trevor, so it's harder for me to get there, and still have time to study.

So it's been 6 months since my last post, and not much has happened. I am still working at Melaleuca, Trevor got a job at Best Buy, and we are both still going to school. We had a fun summer. We went to Washington, and visited Trevor's grandparents. We also went down to California, and spent a week there. It was nice to come back home, but not fun to start school. We are almost half way through fall semester, and I already want it to be over. I just keep thinking only 1 more year. However Trevor has almost 3 more years.

Not much else has been happening. I plan on updating this every week. So until next week.

This is our first blog, so I don't really know what to write on this thing. I don't even know why I made one. I thought it would be fun. Trevor's birthday was on Saturday. He turned 22, so young. On Friday, we went down to I.F. and he bought a new video game, and we went out to lunch. On Saturday, I planned a picnic date lunch. We had our picnic at the Nature Park. If any of you haven't been there you should go. It's really pretty, and they have a frisbee golf setup and a skate park (that's what Trevor likes). We also went to real deals to get a ledge for our living room. I had made a little heart craft that I wanted to put up. I'll have to share a picture because it came out well. I was surprised. I made him a nice birthday dinner, and then we had friends over to watch Planet 51. All in all, I think he had a good birthday weekend. Now it's back to school, but luckily there is only one week left, and then finals. I'm so excited for this semester to be over, but Trevor isn't. He's off track right now. I pretty much just have to get through this last week. Here is a picture of the craft I made.
